Charles Edward Craig

Charles Edward Craig, 77, of Phil Campbell passed away at his home on Saturday, September 16, 2017 after an extended illness.  Mr.  Craig was born in Franklin County and has lived there for the last 28 years. 

He is survived by his brother, Gilmer Craig (Jane); his sister, Pat Wynn; two daughters, Belinda Crawford (Jay), and Dana McGuire; grandchildren, Josh Crawford, JJ Crawford (Brittnie), Nicole Crawford (Zack), Katie Crawford, Levi Baker, and Layne McGuire; great grandchildren, Zander Crawford and Malia Crawford; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Mr. Craig was preceded in death by his parents, Rual “RV” Craig and Bertha Trapp Craig; his brothers Vernon Craig and Rod Craig; and his Wife Karin Schubert Craig.

In keeping with Mr. Craig’s wishes, no funeral service will be held.  The family will attend a private burial.  Visitors may celebrate his life alongside his family at his home on Monday, September 18, 2017 from 2 PM until 6 PM.
