Herman Buford Moore

Herman B. Moore, 80 years old of Phil Campbell, AL. passed away February 14, 2018 at Russellville Hospital.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 17, 2018 from 10 am -1 pm at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, AL. Funeral service will follow at 1 pm in the Chapel of Akins Funeral Home.  

Herman was born February 27, 1937 in Franklin County, AL. to Thomas Lee and Loyal Moore.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter; Sandra Kay Moore, his brothers; Charles Moore, Rex Moore, and Harold Moore, his sisters; Mavis Breeze, Lexie Poss, and Eloise Johnson.

Mr. Moore is survived by his wife; Leila Moore, his sons; Jimmy Moore, Allen Moore, and Kenneth Moore, his sisters; Dorothy Moody (Mack) and Annette Turbyfill (Jack), his brothers; Thomas Moore and Douglas Moore (Judy), his grandchildren; Lora Clark (Jeremy), Kristin Wallace (David), and Justin Brannon (Hope), his great grandchildren; Makayla, Alex, Lauren, Jordan, and Daniel.
