Betty McCaig Obituary

Betty E. McCaig, 75 years old of Russellville, AL. passed away September 28, 2018 at her residence.

Visitation will be Monday, October 1, 2018 from 11am- 1:30pm at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, AL. A Graveside service will follow Monday, October 1, 2018 at 2pm at Franklin Memory Gardens with Bro. Jackie Richardson officiating.

Betty was born April 29, 1943 in Franklin County, AL. to Gilbert E. and Bennie B. Taylor.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Oneal Taylor and Gilbert Taylor Jr.

Mrs. McCaig is survived by her husband, Flavil W. McCaig; her children, Patricia Smith (Greg) and Douglas McCaig (Tracy); her siblings, Joyce Smith, Bill Taylor, Sparkie Taylor (Berline), and Tommy Taylor; and her grandchildren, Patrick, Brenley, Katie, and Kendel.

Akins Funeral Home is assisting the family.
