Charles Andrew George

Charles Andrew George, 72 years old of Russellville, AL. passed away December 27, 2017.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 30, 2017 from Noon- 2pm at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, AL. Funeral Service will follow at 2 pm in the Akins Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in King Cemetery.

Charles was born July 14, 1945 in Mississippi to Andrew and Anna Henekin George.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his step-mother; Cecil George, and his siblings; Ellis, Ruby, Josie, and Linda.

Charles is survived by his daughter; Patrice Pounders (Jamie Huggins), his sons; Anthony George (Pam), Bradley George, and Brandon George (Kris), his sisters; Anita George and Carolyn McNutt, brothers; J.W. George and Gary George, Nine Grandchildren, Eight Great Grandchildren.

Akins Funeral Home is assisting the family.
