Hollis Wilson, 85 years old of Russellville Alabama passed away November 23, 2018 at his residence. Visitation will be Sunday, November 25, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville AL. Funeral service will be Monday November 26, 2018 in the Chapel of Akins Funeral Home with Bro. Marcus Lipscomb and Bro. James McCullar officiating. Burial will be in Blue Springs Cemetery. Hollis was born August 29, 1933 in Franklin County, AL to Claude and Vina Lou Wilson. He is preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers and 6 sisters. Hollis is survived by his wife, Dean Wilson and his daughter Tammie Rives (George), grandchildren Bradley and Ashden, step grandchildren, Nicholas, Tia and Tori and great grandchildren Tesley, Kynlie, Harley, Lofton, Lilagrey, Kingston, Arianne, and Brentley. Akins Funeral is assisting the family.
