Magen Latrish Grissom

Magen L. Grissom, 33 years old of Russellville, AL. passed away May 13, 2019 at Russellville Hospital.  

Visitation will be Thursday, May 16, 2019 from Noon-1:00 pm at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, AL. Funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Akins Funeral Home with Bro. Brian Scott officiating. Burial will be in Pounders Cemetery.

Magen was born May 26, 1985 in Sheffield, AL to Barry T. and Debra Pounders Grissom.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dustin Borden; and her grandparents, Tommie Grissom, Billie Jo Pounders, and Buddy Red.

Magen is survived by her son, Masson Borden; her siblings, Shawn Smith, Crystal Smith, Sonya Fore, and Julie Allen; her mother and father-in-law, Marvin and Terri Borden; and her boyfriend, Anthony Green.

Pallbearers will be Eric Bryant, Walter Evans, Keith Russell, and Corey Grissom.

Akins Funeral Home is assisting the family.
