Sharon Holland Obituary
Sharon Kay Holland, 73 years old of Vina, AL. passed away November 7, 2018 at her residence.
Visitation will be Friday, November 9, 2018 1:00 – 3:00 pm at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, AL. Funeral service will immediately follow at 3 pm in the Chapel of Akins Funeral Home with Bro. Brian Welch officiating. Burial will be in Dempsey Cemetery.
Sharon was born January 12, 1945 in Pontiac, Michigan to Wesley William and Phyllis Esther Patterson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jimmy Holland; siblings, Judith Dies (Jim), Harold Patterson, and Frederick Patterson; and great-grandchild, August Sharp.
Sharon is survived by her children, Charlotte K. Buttars, Carl James Holland, Shelley M. Hill (Johnny), and Ricky Holland; her brother, Jeffrey Clear; her grandchildren, Jacklyn Holland, Barry, Brittany, Bridgett, and Brandon Buttars, Haley Green (Dylan), James Barnes, C. J. , Cheyenne, and April Holland, and Landon Hill; and her six great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Landon Hill, Johnny Hill, Byrum Sharp, Dakota Riley, Billy Brooks, and Brandon George.
Akins Funeral Home is assisting the family.
