Steven Ray Chaney, age 52 of Russellville, Alabama, passed away peacefully Saturday, August 30, 2025.

Steven is survived by his wife, Wendy Smith; children, Candace Chaney, Tylan Chaney; step sons, Eric (Michelle) Smith, Camron (Chloe) Jones; sister, Connie Chaney; brother, Eddie Chaney; and a host of other family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, JR and Ann Chaney; sister, Tina Chaney; grandparents, Alfred and Flora Chaney, Cecil and Francis Ergle, Jim Thomas; and niece, April Green.
