Cody Allen Gasaway, 32 years old of Russellville, AL. passed away November 5, 2021.

Visitation will be Tuesday, November 9, 2021, from 11 am until 2 pm at Blue Springs Freewill Baptist Church, Phil Campbell, AL. The funeral service will immediately follow at 2 pm with Bro. Tim Todd officiating. Burial will be in adjoining cemetery.

He was born December 16, 1988, in Russellville, AL.

Cody was preceded in death by his stepfather, Randell Scott; and his great grandparents, Margie Thornton and Herman Evans.

He is survived by his wife, Nikki Johnson; his parents, Felicia Scott and Waylon Pounders; stepfather, Eric Humphres; his children, Breanna Gasaway, Haley Duncan, Lizzy Duncan, Avery Duncan, Brody Wellington; grandparents, Joyce Rooney and John Gasaway (Linda); sisters, Ericka Licardie (Roel) and Angel Humphres (Harleigh); special aunt and uncle, Angela Foster (Tommy); and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Derick Kerr, Chris Brown, Daniel Potts, Dylan Thomas, Jessie McCulloch, Anthony Waldrep, and Corey Robinson.
