Donna Sue (Cumpton) Lynch

Donna Sue Lynch, 53 years old of Phil Campbell, AL. passed away August 13, 2021, at North Alabama Medical Center.  

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 18, 2021, Noon until 2 pm at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, AL. The funeral service will immediately follow at 2 pm in the Chapel of Akins Funeral Home. Burial will be in Liberty Hill cemetery.

She was born July 24, 1968, in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Robert and Barbara Cumpton.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Bob Cumpton and Barbara Swafford; her maternal and paternal grandparents; and her mother in law, Eunice Lynch.

She is survived by her husband, Timmy Lynch; her sons, Timothy Patrick Lynch Jr., Jonathan Edward Lynch, Christopher Lee Lynch, and Benjamin Daniel Lynch; her siblings, Richard Alvin Frye, Roxy Frye, Robby Cumpton, and Dino Eugene Cumpton; her grandchildren, Emma Faith Lynch, Joshua Patrick Lynch, Jonathan Noah Lynch; a host of nieces and nephews; and her special friends Casey, Alicia Cooper and family.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
