Dorothy Jane (Hargett) Mobbs

Dorothy “Jane” Mobbs, 84 years old of Sylacauga, AL. passed away March 29, 2022, at Coosa Valley Medical Center.

Visitation will be Friday, April 1, 2022, from 11:30 until 12:30 pm at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, AL. The graveside service will be Friday, April 1, 2022, at 1:00 pm at Knights of Pythias Cemetery.

She was born January 17, 1938, in Tennessee to Nelson Granville “N.G.” and Zada Hargett.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents; and her daughter, Cindy Fleming Fuller.

She is survived by her children, Jeff Mobbs (Karen) and Julie McKelvy (J.R.); her grandchildren, Brittney Taylor (Kyle), Blake Fleming, Michelle Carrol (Justin), Anthony Mobbs, Jared Mobbs (Cassidy), Carleigh Mobbs, Matt McKelvy, Keslie McKelvy, and Kaitlin McKelvy; and her eleven great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be family.
