Heriberto Martinez Chavez, 45 years old of Russellville, AL. passed away January 18, 2022.

He was born April 18, 1976, in Torreon, Mexico to Francisco Chavez and Irene Martinez.

Eddie was preceded in death by his brother, Javier Chavez Martinez.

He is survived by his children, Lazaro Chavez and Irene Dania Chavez (Octavio Garcia); his brother, Edgar Diaz; grandchild, Octavio Garcia; and his nephew, Phoenix Diaz.
