Michael "Mike" Shivers

Michael “Mike” Shivers, 55 years old of Phil Campbell, AL. passed away December 7, 2020 at Russellville Hospital.

A Memorial Visitation will be Saturday, December 19, 2020 noon until 2:00 pm, at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, AL.

Mike was born March 5, 1965 in Kansas City, Mo to Raymond and Vivian Shivers.

He was preceded in death by his dad, Raymond Shivers; his mother and stepfather, Vivian and Wayne Cansler; his paternal grandparents, Leroy and Jeanne Shivers; his maternal grandfather, Emmett Dyar; his son Jordan Ussery; his daughter, Rebecca Watson; and his sister, Teresa Cansler.

Mike is survived by his wife, Cindy Ussery Shivers; his maternal grandmother, Marguerite Dyar; his children, Michael "Bubba" Wayne Shivers, Rachel Watson, and Christopher Jones; his siblings, Cyndee Patterson (Doug), Cheryl Cansler (Rob), Gina Cain (Toshiro), and Damon Shivers (Peggy); his four grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
